What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a strong interest in international horticulture, supply chain and commerce
- Bachelor level, preferably in agriculture, horticulture, supply chain, business or a related field
- Wants to gain practical experience in different operational environments
- Is eager to learn and works in a structured and hands-on way
- Enjoys improving processes and solving practical business challenges
- Communicates easily with different teams and cultures
- Is willing to travel and work internationally
- Has a good command of English

What will you do?
You will gain hands-on experience in cultivation, quality, logistics, forecasting, product management and commerce. The traineeship is built around one central theme:
You will work on concrete improvement assignments, such as: improving the handover between cultivation, quality and logistics; improving visibility of expected supply versus actual available product; supporting better alignment between source availability and customer demand; reducing avoidable losses in the chain; improving follow-up on quality and availability issues; improving forecast-to-availability alignment.
